Since 1972, the Holloway family has been building and improving homes across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding Home Counties. Today, that experience continues through Q Development & Construction, led by father and son, Stephen and Jordan Holloway.

A qualified bricklayer by trade, Steve built his reputation through skilled workmanship, attention to detail and a straightforward, personal approach. From new homes to sympathetic renovations, his business grew through recommendations and lasting relationships with homeowners and local architects.

Jordan followed him into the family business, qualifying in advanced carpentry before becoming a director. Together, they bring complementary skills and a shared commitment to getting every detail right.

We specialise in bespoke new homes, substantial refurbishments and extensions, working closely with clients and their architects to create homes that are carefully considered and beautifully built.

As a family business, we take personal responsibility for the work we deliver. Steve and Jordan remain closely involved throughout each project, supported by trusted tradespeople who share their standards of workmanship and care.
